Clean hotel with good facilities and friendly staff. Plenty of sunbeds and nice music at the pool and bar. a great experience.

The (male) staff brazenly flirted and molested my civilian wife. It's beyond the bounds of decency.

Overall, it's enjoyable base for exploring Marmaris attractions. Excellent service too. Can't recommend it highly enough it and we would love to go back.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely incredible, always going above and beyond and never hesitating to help out. The cleanliness of the hotel, pools, and beaches was outstanding. There were so many activities to do nearby, especially the water games which were a blast. Renting a bicycle was super easy with a special path in town, and the natural surroundings were stunning. The location was perfect, not too far from the city center. The swimming facilities were top-notch, with 2 external pools and 1 indoor pool. I had an amazing time and can't wait to come back!

Good location directly on the beach. Spa area offers great massages and super service. Plenty to choose from when you eat.

Furniture in the room very cheap and wobbly, no sockets at the bed. Stressed and sometimes unfriendly staff. Canteen-style food. Most of the time there are towels left at the pool and beach and therefore no space.

Hotel was next to a coach station - you can go everywhere. No name bar is within walking distance the property.

Clean pools, beautiful location, plenty of activities, easy access to bicycles, helpful staff.

We had a great time staying at this hotel, which is conveniently located close to everything going on. the room was spacious and had a wonderful sea view. the staff were friendly and took care of tidying the room everyday. the hotel had immaculately clean communal areas and beautiful pools. the food selection was good, although some dishes were not as flavorful as expected. it was a pleasant stay with lovely amenities and a great location.

The temperature of the food was a bit disappointing, even when it was brought out fresh from the kitchen.

During my recent business trip, I had the opportunity to stay at Ideal Prime Beach Hotel Ultra All Inclusive in Marmaris, which was chosen by my director. One of the highlights of my stay was the trip to the onsite spa, with its 6 treatment rooms. The sleek spa also boasted three Turkish baths and an outdoor massage cabana, adding to the overall relaxation experience. , the property offered two large outdoor pools, complete with plenty of comfortable loungers and umbrellas. This allowed me to unwind and soak up the sun, ensuring a truly enjoyable stay.

Bad service overall, especially at reception.

the breakfast and dining room staff were helpful and provided good service. the location of the hotel was excellent, with clean pools and beaches nearby. There were also many activities available, especially water games. I also appreciated the easy access to bicycles and the special bicycle path in the town.

The hotel's cleanliness was excellent. Everywhere I looked, the hotel was super clean, from the rooms to the public areas. The hotel facilities were also great. There were two external pools and one internal pool, all clean and well-maintained. The hotel's location was another great aspect. It was conveniently located near the harbor, making it easy to explore the area. the hotel had a private beach with direct access to the sea. This made it convenient to enjoy the beach and the beautiful views.

I had a wonderful stay at the Ideal Prime Beach Hotel. The hotel is beautiful and clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. The waiting, housekeeping, bar, and entertainment staff were all exceptional. There were plenty of sunbeds available, and the pool, bar, and disco had great music. I would suggest adding a karaoke bar and recommending rooms with a sea view.

Great food, perfect location, and enjoyable activities. Likes: During my Christmas stay, I had a wonderful experience. the food offered was incredible and varied. I particularly enjoyed the warm waffles and chocolate sauce. the location was spot on, making it easy for me to travel to different areas of the city, and the staff were all warm and welcoming.

Poor drinks quality and outdated facilities. Dislikes: the drinks provided were disappointing and lacked flavor.

the exclusive amenities provided fulfilled our need for luxury, with a stunning swimming pool and sun loungers in the garden area. the entertainment team was a highlight of our stay, providing enjoyable activities and shows each evening. the restaurant served delicious buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a poolside snack bar and lobby bar for drinks. The room was spacious and provided exclusive facilities that added to our comfortable stay, including a spa and wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, massage, and beach umbrellas. Cons: the only minor issue we encountered during our stay was the lack of storage drawers in the room. this was not a significant factor in our overall enjoyable experience at this venue.
